I made a resource pack that replaces the thunder1.ogg thunder2.ogg thunder3.ogg with the OOF sound. That means when someone gets smitten on the server, you will hear the explosion1.ogg and explosion4.ogg alongside the OOF sound. It's pretty basic and due to Minecraft being funny, it's high pitched.
