If you don't know your IP ipv4 address (e.g. 55.30.222.111), goto ip-lookup.net and cut and paste the result as it will help admins to find the ban and find if you got unfairly banned. if you don't provide your IP, we may not be able to process the ban appeal. Please don't include you ipv6 address as it's not supported yet - an ipv6 address is something like 2001:0db8:85a3:0000:0000:8a2e:0370:7334

2. The date and approximate time you were banned. If banned while offline, state offline and include the phrase 'banned offline' in the subject
I was banned offline, maybe a long time ago since iv'e been moving houses and switching PC's
3. What type of activity you were doing at the time of the ban (e.g. chatting, building, using world edit, etc.) or state offline if banned while offline. For the purpose of the appeal, only use the term banned offline if you haven't been on the server in the past 24 hours. So for example, if you leave the server for 10 minutes and find your banned when you try to return, that's NOT an offline ban for the purpose of the ban appeal - just state what you were doing just before you left the server and that found yourself banned on return.

a. I don't know because I did not violate any rule as noted in the server conduct policy.
b. I don't know because I was banned while offline for more than 24 hours or it was my first login to the server
c. I did violate one of the conduct rules and was fairly banned (state which one)
d. I did violate one of the conduct rules but shouldn't have been banned (state which one)
e. I don't know or other (include explanation)
E and A (E because i have not done anything that i shouldn't of done).
5. If you answered a, b, d, e above, do you use any client mods or hacks? If yes, which ones?
I used to have Client Mods, 5Zig and Forge, Optifine and Labymod
6. Which admin banned you (if known) and what were you told (if anything) before the ban occurred?
I don't now who banned me and i was told nothing except for the message that say's: You'r username is permanently banned from this server. Release procedures are available at bit.ly/TF_PermBan
7. Have you reviewed and agree to the the server conduct policy (yes or no)? Please review the policy at totalfreedom.boards.net/thread/21065/
Yes i do agree.
Thanks for reading the appeal. I am clueless on how i am banned right now. I have been offline Totalfreedom for a while and have done nothing wrong. If i had to get banned for this certain reason (Username Banned) it would of been done sooner.
