They won't issue a recall and nobody can remotely do this, or such. This just means people will be jailbreaking their switch's and playing games for free (which you can just download straight from Nintendo servers)

An exploit that requires physical access is not a real exploit. That's like saying you are at risk of malaria because someone on the other side of the world currently has it.
