Grief Report: Crashing server constantly

This reporting system is for OPs (not admins) to file reports of griefing when admins are unable to handle the griefing incident due to not being on the server or unavailable to handle. If an admin has already handled the problem or the problem is more than 24 hours old, do not file. For admins, please review these griefer reports and take appropriate action or comment.

1. How long ago did the event occur (e.g. 5 mins, 1 hour, etc)? If greater than 24 hours, do not file although you can send a PM for extremely serious matters that don't meet the timeline (send the PM to markbyron)

I cannot execute any commands since the server was lagging.

Spam spawning bats disguised as fireballs causing server to lag and crash, also constantly spawning me.
