Disappoints me to see this. Anyways, my witnesses were @irix and flippyding

1. Approx date and time you suspended the admin.

2. Why you suspended the admin - include relevant log entries

3. Did you attempt to correct the admin before suspending him/her to include a short time removal (e.g. 10 mins)?

he logged off before I got to remove him

5. If you answered no to either 3 or 4, please explain. Except in extreme case such as the admin going rogue, I would expect yes answers for both.

Ugh. Some people just don't understand what "second chances" mean. This suspension is for sure permanent, he will have to reapply from scratch. It's sad to see that someone would go through so much effort to regain admin when they just abuse that privilege again.
