No offence, but this does seem over kill for one smite... If we suspended every admin that smitten another on CJFreedom, we would have no supers, telnets, seniors, executives or system administrators...

no, the logs show he spammed it and DeerBoo had another issue that involved abuse - he needs to get his act together.
