We need to suspend admins that don't come on in-game, and try to push for more admins to become active. Edit: The problem lies with timezones, we have majority US admins, so during early hours for me (Britain) there is only me and Shyrix (sometimes another British admin but rarely may I add) If anything, we need to try to get admins from UK and Australian timezones, possibly by denying those in a US timezone for a little while, and encourage our European and Asian playerbase to apply. I dealt with these before I replied to this thread.

What we should focus on is having active admins on at peak times. During the day for me (GMT +8) there isn't a lot of players online, if any, so the need for a large amount of active admins on that timezone isn't really a necessity now. Also Australian schools have just started or are about to start meaning that the activity for Australian admins is going to decrease.
Also what's the point of suspending the admins that aren't as active as you want them to be, you guys do realise that this is VOLUNTEER WORK and is usually thankless work and you're going to make it even more thankless by practically saying "Fuck you for not prioritising the server over your real life you're getting suspended" seems like a massive dick move to me, there's no real benefit to actually suspending admins who are inactive so what's the point?
