No one really cares about this but for the sake of servers health and status, we need more activity on admins.
Sure before there was so many admins. But now everytime I come on and by that I mean EVERY single time, there's no admin. It's just annoying. Rule breakers can break rules easily and its just a mess.

I don't know, maybe make administrator activity shorter? And maybe get rid of the administrators that do not play at all.

I agree, only a handful of all the admins are active. I feel like we should enforce a minimum required amount of hours for a week, just so we can encourage admins to be more active. At the same time though, our player base has dropped and even with the small handful of admins that are active, the OPs to Admins ratio is pretty unbalanced. There have been times where it's like 7 admins and 3 OPs.

I've only seen very few staff come on to the server where there is mostly staff, but when there is hardly any work to do, they seem to get on at that time. Otherwise, they come on for about 6 seconds then leave automatically, especially when there is problems to be solved. Due to this, I only know about 6 staff members, due to the inactivity that we have. Perhaps, first, we could get rid of the administrators that are no help, and begin recognizing operators that seem to be active, and mature. I am not sure if this could help at all, but it is just a quick statement.

The thing with extremely helpful ops is, when they become admin, they are active for a few weeks, then it goes to shit. I've seen it more than once, a lot of current admins were in the position where they were extremely helpful and now they barely join.

It's like completing a video game- people work really hard to get to the end (of being an OP), then they reach the end (admin status). It isn't as fun as they expected it to be, so they lose motivation to "play the game" anymore.

A system using public applications to judge admittance, in administrator activities, and ultimately resulting in the outcome of an approval [or denial] to administrator status - will encourage (and produce) this behaviour among applicants. Having a bunch of Super Administrators that behave identically (with callous and crude regard towards others) doesn't help. It's an effective approach (as managers really won't have to do anything but pick and choose from applications) but produces a poor consistency in novice administrators.

I was there in the morning when I see two admins then they left... I am an alone admin. This can be contributed to the majorly adolescent status of our admins; while others are pressed to attend university, perhaps a job. Because administrators are employed with disregard as to where they're stationed, and in correlation to a roster of time zones (which, problematically, doesn't exist).
