Looking for rec how i can help the server

I helped lot's of servers before when i was a staff member on a server i also banned griefers and i reported them when i was not staff i also help with the console as well and everytning like that  i very very very kind and helpful to player's and other player's on diffrant servers i would love to help the server grow and i love helping the server admins and player's
