This is still valid; they exposed their own identity which is a breach of policy.

That would have been an invalid reason to make the request. The policy also states if you go "out of your way" to find the identity you're subject to sanctions. This would have been denied if the evidence provided was obtained illegally to policy.

In my absolute honest opinion, I object. I don't agree with his past actions, but he hasn't been a problem recently. I haven't seen the term "UYScutix" in a while. Besides, banning him may cause him to return to attacking the server, and I really don't want to deal with that shit again. I say we give him a shot. InFamas should PM him to not cause problems.
Also, it is likely that someone will share this thread and It's contents with him, so think about that when posting.

Just because you haven’t seen them “cause trouble” doesn’t mean that they aren’t subject to the identity policy’s rules. They are protected under the policy until they have revealed their past identity/identities, which they have. Weather or not you’ve seen them breaking the rules is irrelevant as they are UYScutix, who’s access to the server has been permanently restricted.

I know he violated the policy - I just dropped in my two cents, and my vote isn't changing.

Like I said in the other thread, HE didn't actually expose himself, other people exposed him. So that's a fact that needs to be changed and taken into consideration
