I am in search of a good text editor for HTML, CSS, JavaScript, etc. I am currently trying to choose between Atom and Brackets, but if there are other good text editors for this, please let me know.

Sublime Text 3 is excellent. I used to use Atom although I also find Sublime Text extremely simple and useful! I’d recommend it

Atom, Visual Studio Code, Notepad++
I personally use Visual Studio Code because it is simple and supports the intellisense feature which is VERY useful.

I have worked long enough on multiple softwares all these years, including Atom, Brackets, Visual Studio Code and Sublime Text 3 (Sublime is the one I mostly used on development).
I am currently using Atom, though and I am enjoying it so far. But I highly recommend Sublime Text 3 with extensions and a sick material theme.
