His tone and aggression are affecting his posts, and he needed this warning.

It's really bad that he's not heeding your advice, and he needs to calm down. I'd suggest that you let Melendo know that this behavior in front of his higher-ups and other admins is unacceptable, and he's only stirring more drama rather than solving an issue. (EDIT: If MelendoFX fails to heed your advice, you may take measure to suspend him if he continues with this behavior)

why not just suspend him at this point, he always keeps doing this type of bs. actually why not both of them? he does it to other people as well, and so does seal (as in the example)

I recommend perhaps instead of a suspension, he not be promoted to Telnet Clan if he continues. That's just my suggestion, because he sure doesn't seem worthy of it now. inFAmas97, thoughts? |

I don't know about jumping to a suspension for this. Maybe give him a stern warning and delay his promotion so he knows this is serious. Given his typical response time, we would know pretty quickly if he will tone it down or not.

Given his typical response time, we would know pretty quickly if he will tone it down or not. he'll probably temporarily tone it down, and then return back to his normal shit way. suspending him overall is a better idea, because i don't think warnings work at all for this guy nor delaying his promotion. he isn't getting influenced by his promotion, this is just the way he is ever since the start. |
