This thread is way overdue, but I feel that it is necessary because he is currently still removed, and there were a few questions about it. Video was suspended for being a prime informant of VJ. We had been receiving reports from multiple admins for a while, and there was a long line of suspicions, but never with direct evidence. Here are two examples: I am still being DDoSed by UYscutix with the help of VideoGameSmash12. I have been being ddosed for the past 2hrs Video started a call with me and then he went on to tell me that he is going to have uyscutix take me offline. I just got a message from him with this link: pastebin.com/geRwii8hThis PM might have resulted in a suspension if it came from a Senior, but this was Savnith. There was additional evidence that is now deleted that showed that Video's real Skype account started a call with Savnith and sent that Pastebin link during the call. The content of the Pastebin message was a DDoS threat towards him. This attack was a collaboration between VJ, Video, and Cyro. They thought of a way of breaching cracked admins by changing a premium account's username into the one of the admin and then skipping verification with automatic supering in onlinemode. Cyro provided the alt, Video provided the onlinemode, and VJ provided the reason to put the server in onlinemode. After the reload, Cyro joins under his now premium username, immediately teleports to Video, and says "uy" in fancychat. After a few minutes, he finishes it off with a rogue command, obviously after Video has left. The convincing piece of evidence that directly resulted in the suspension is held by Wild. He is however running his own investigation that would be compromised if it was released. The suspension was approved by Windows. |

Second spoiler: First off you state Cyro was involved with 0 evidence of Cyro doing anything involved with this. If there is actual proof don't you think that would be nice to show seeing as that individual is reapplying for Admin at this current point in time. That aside, sure this is "proof" (low bar for their term, but who cares mah proofs!!!) of something, but the simple fact that it wasn't shown to anyone for more than two months is questionable. Along with the fact nobody is still seeing this "real proof" because of some two month long independent investigation, while one of the individuals that was incremented in this evidence (we're told) is allowed to reapply for admin. All in all, good to see a fair investigation that's not one sided, doesn't focus on one individual while ignoring others and being transparent about what's going on. |

It's good that you guys are finally opening a dialogue with your senior admins, but I feel this whole situation was done really poorly. Blocking off all communication in situations like these just makes the problem worse, especially when it's gone on for as long as this one has. Obviously now that this information is here, it will get to Video/Vj through some rogue admin(s), but as long as this is not the damning piece of evidence I think that is fine. If more people know they did this, public/private support of these rogues will dwindle.
In the future, please try to not cut off any and all dialogue with seniors on something as sensitive as this. Communication is key, and lack thereof leaves the seniors ignorant, fueling the fire even more.

Then, two spambots join under the same IP address, which is a forum match with VJ: I did not omit any messages the bots sent from these logs, so onlinemode was a bit of an exaggeration. After the reload, Cyro joins under his now premium username, immediately teleports to Video, and says "uy" in fancychat. After a few minutes, he finishes it off with a rogue command, obviously after Video has left. The convincing piece of evidence that directly resulted in the suspension is held by Wild. He is however running his own investigation that would be compromised if it was released. The suspension was approved by Windows. First spoiler: Was there any screenshots to prove any of this? Simply linking a pastebin (which nobody can even see now because it's expired) and saying something happened isn't proof. Second spoiler: First off you state Cyro was involved with 0 evidence of Cyro doing anything involved with this. If there is actual proof don't you think that would be nice to show seeing as that individual is reapplying for Admin at this current point in time. That aside, sure this is "proof" (low bar for their term, but who cares mah proofs!!!) of something, but the simple fact that it wasn't shown to anyone for more than two months is questionable. Along with the fact nobody is still seeing this "real proof" because of some two month long independent investigation, while one of the individuals that was incremented in this evidence (we're told) is allowed to reapply for admin. All in all, good to see a fair investigation that's not one sided, doesn't focus on one individual while ignoring others and being transparent about what's going on. Savnith originally sent us a video that showed that it was the real Video, that he started the call, etc. As I already said, it was all deleted, but I did find this screenshot by Savnith: i.imgur.com/282ebaQ.png. Mike showed evidence that the username change was not made up, and here is proof that Cyro owns that account: totalfreedom.boards.net/post/638245/thread. You may not have expected this, but I agree that the proof is not sufficient. For that reason, he was not suspended for it. He is currently still removed because I will not override Windows's decision, and Video hasn't explicitly asked for it to be reconsidered. It's good that you guys are finally opening a dialogue with your senior admins, but I feel this whole situation was done really poorly. Blocking off all communication in situations like these just makes the problem worse, especially when it's gone on for as long as this one has. Obviously now that this information is here, it will get to Video/Vj through some rogue admin(s), but as long as this is not the damning piece of evidence I think that is fine. If more people know they did this, public/private support of these rogues will dwindle. In the future, please try to not cut off any and all dialogue with seniors on something as sensitive as this. Communication is key, and lack thereof leaves the seniors ignorant, fueling the fire even more. I am a great supporter of openness of government, and I have always taken this to heart. The reason I personally never gave out this information is because of what mibbzz is doing now: it's still very doubtful without Wild's piece, which can't be shared. |

Yeah I understand, but my main point is still that in the future, communication should still be in effect regardless of how authentic the evidence appears to be. Regardless of if anyone actually believes your evidence, at least they have a bloody idea of what's going on. Had this information been released to seniors near the beginning, there would be far less misunderstandings, and this wouldn't be a problem at the moment. As long as we are kept informed even slightly, Wild's evidence doesn't need to be released. And a little skepticism never hurt anyone, so Mibbzz doing what he does shouldn't stop you from releasing this evidence. Regardless, it's all said and done now. This is a good step. |

The Evidence I have will be released in due corse. I am still collating additional evidence, and currently releasing any of that evidence would compromise an ongoing investigation. Unfortunately I have been exceptionally busy and haven't been able to take as much time to sort this out as I would have liked, however progress will be made very soon.

This PM might have resulted in a suspension if it came from a Senior, but this was Savnith. There was additional evidence that is now deleted that showed that Video's real Skype account started a call with Savnith and sent that Pastebin link during the call. The content of the Pastebin message was a DDoS threat towards him.
