2. Why you suspended the admin - include relevant log entries
Continued breach of the Developer Admin policy, the developer continues to disregard the policy, ignore instructions and requests to comply with the policy, and fails to defer administrational decisions to online administrators.
3. Did you attempt to correct the admin before suspending him/her to include a short time removal (e.g. 10 mins)?
I and other admins have attempted to correct this many times, however the issue continues.
4. Did you notify the admin that you removed them from and why?
A PM will be sent once this thread is posted.
5. If you answered no to either 3 or 4, please explain. Except in extreme case such as the admin going rogue, I would expect yes answers for both.

These are just two examples, however this has happened many other times, these are simply two examples of continuing to disregard instructions and undermine the online admins.
