Due to Proboards implementing full BB code into the shoutbox, there has been some confusion as to what is and isn't allowed. BB code is fine as long as it does not cause the shoutbox to be spammed/flooded or otherwise cause issues. A large image or video embed for example may flood the shoutbox by taking up a lot of space. Also keep in mind that shoutbox posts must also obey the forum guidelines, as well as the Proboards terms of service (so no NSFW images for example). This will probably be edited over time to make it clearer as needed.
Do not embed media larger than icons in the shoutbox.
Do not use inline CSS to create obnoxious formatting in the shoutbox.
If you aren't sure if an image or other formatting will be problematic, put it in a spoiler.
If you accidentally flood the shoutbox, delete your shouts.
