This policy is for Senior admins as they have the authority to temporarily remove Super, Telnet, and Senior admins. You do not need to post messages for removals based resignation requests (there should be a resignation message though), or removals made by mistake. Subject should be "Admin Suspension Request - name" 1. Date and time you suspended the admin. 2. Why you suspended the admin - include relevant log entries 3. Did you attempt to correct the admin before suspending him/her to include a short time removal (e.g. 10 mins)? 4. Did you notify the admin that you removed them from and why? 5. If you answered no to either 3 or 4, please explain. Except in extreme case such as the admin going rogue, I would expect yes answers for both. Notes: • Provided the TFM telnet client allows it and no Senior+ admins are on, Telnets are authorized to remove admins that are engaging in “Category 4 - Indefinite Suspensions” listed here. totalfreedom.boards.net/thread/66873/administrator-conduct-policy • Invalid removals are grounds for suspension. • For removal of Seniors or Dev Admins, you must contact the owner beforehand as removing from server status does NOT remove them from higher level accesses that the owner might have given them.
