Per the suspension policy: "5. If you answered no to either 3 or 4, please explain. Except in extreme case such as the admin going rogue, I would expect yes answers for both. It definitely wasn't something that needed immediate removal - it's so easy to reverse a ban. On that same policy, Assistant Executives of all positions are allowed to reverse suspensions. It seems like Flippy's using that policy; if not, I'm reversing it since I don't think it's fair - it's truthfully not helping him. Promote change, rather than promote punishment. |

If he's pulled the same stuff in the past and even a suspension won't work then honestly harsher methods need to be used, but idk what that would be. he's been warned multiple times by infamas too and that's saying something. |

If this is repeated behaviour then the suspension really is just. Its all good and well saying "I talked to him" but if we've already been there and done that, then you're just wasting your time, and the rest of ours. This sort of behaviour shouldn't be tolerated, and just "talking to them about it" doesn't cut it if this is continuing to happen.

Coming from someone whose never suspended anyone before, you might disagree with what I'm saying. However, for something as little as this, I wouldn't just pull the trigger and suspend. Yes he might've done stuff like this before, but I've actually noticed significant improvement in tohgamer. Maybe a little talk with him would've done the trick. However, if that wouldn't work and he blows his chance, then maybe a suspension is best.
