I use MBAM to run a threat scan but it just finished in under 5 seconds and it says it has scanned 0 items and detected nothing (duh), how do I fix this?

You're probably scanning a directory and not the entire system. Try running the app as an admin.

Even though that was a fail, it says I ran it as an admin, but not sure. Also, I ran it yesterday not as an admin and it worked but what's the problem today?
