Did you notify the admin that you removed them from and why?Yes, I did. 5. If you answered no to either 3 or 4, please explain. Except in extreme case such as the admin going rogue, I would expect yes answers for both.

Can that even be considered 'bullying'? Its just a statement. Bullying would be something like:
"This Ademda guy's a loser. He never administrates, he should never be an admin, amirite?"

Ok this didn't warrant a suspension. All she did was express how she felt about an admin... there's nothing wrong with that. Personally, I feel that Admeda still has work to do in terms of improving as an admin, but I see the potential. Vicki didn't do anything.

The fact that several threads were made complaining about Admeda's administering and no training has been done - that is not the fault of the admin. That is the fault of the person who SPAS'd.
If you were to train the admin after you selected him, we wouldn't have had all these threads.
Vicki should not receive a suspension for this - at most a warning.

This is nowhere near suspension worthy like Lolzeh said, and like i said on the thread
If there's been multiple threads about this admin, then there's obviously a problem with that admin and it needs to be fixed
Vicki should not be suspended at all
