2. Why you suspended the admin - include relevant log entries
I do not have log entries since you really can't for this. He was warned several times in the past for spamming potions, creating and using death potions, and today's incident, spamming snowballs: he encouraged OPs to do so as well. It seemed as though he did that so they get smited. I smited him instead in an attempt to correct him, however he got a bit annoyed - saying I "jumped the gun." He is an admin and he should know better than to participate in these acts. He also never does anything productive. Even if he is the only one on. tl;dr: he was suspended for incompetence.
3. Did you attempt to correct the admin before suspending him/her to include a short time removal (e.g. 10 mins)?
I did, but they refused to listen. After several warnings I feel it is time for them to take a little "vacation" for two weeks to get their head together.
4. Did you notify the admin that you removed them from and why?
No. I did not want to cause a storm in regards to this. The admin was removed for failure to heed admin warnings.
5. If you answered no to either 3 or 4, please explain. Except in extreme case such as the admin going rogue, I would expect yes answers for both.
As I explained in two and four, they were removed for failure to heed admin warnings.
