We're forced to learn in school but all they teach is Visual Basic and that too in a very shitty way.

I stole code from other sites, learned how they works, and developed sites as practice using all of the code that I learned from the sites. Basically adapting on what I saw too.

I frankly have no idea how I got the basic knowledge of programming languages (signed and unsigned integers, longs, floats, doubles; methods / functions; loops; classes). I do know that to learn the actual languages, I never followed any tutorials, but solely looked things up in the language references, notably docs.oracle.com/javase/8/docs/api/ and docs.python.org/3/. |
