just something i'm working on, i learned how to do spikes right (sort of) so I guess I'd take a crack at a decently-sized island thing thought I should show you guys, maybe it could be inspiration or something screenshots of progress so y'all know i didn't steal anything the start hand-smoothed pleasure farms and custom trees and stuff then the village appears i'm gonna need to learn how to correctly do nice-looking nonlinear houses for the next part yeah, that's about it

Now this is what Medieval is all about: No over detailing, it fits right in the balance of what makes Medieval good. The floating islands are amazing as well. Nice job!

I was just thinking about a pretty nice idea. I love what you have going on here.
Maybe you could make some type of medieval-looking bridge connecting the two islands. You can act as if there are two different civilizations that work in unison with one another. They share weapons, supplies, crops, etc.
EDIT: I'm not sure if you already do, but I was going to say that you should have some type of river/fresh water system. The number one thing a civilization needs to survive is a source of water; this is what you'd call a cradle of civilization.

I agree with you on the detailing part- most front-page medieval builds that I see on PMC are detailed to the point where it's all just a big jumble of random blocks... never really understood that. I definitely will add something of that sort- i'm trying to step up my water erosion game.

How did you make the spikes on the island? Did you use the sand to stone world edit method?

The stone one would be perfect for a pvp arena. How long did it take to build it?
Btw you should be a master builder.
