so let's start with the 5 reasons why i love it:
1. you get op (obviously)
2. the community is tolerable (unlike most communities)
3. the fact that you can build shizzle
4. the fact you can report griefs
5. the fact that most servers aren't like this
now here's 3 reasons how to improve it:
1. atleast have 2 super admins on daily
2. have some type of moderator rank maybe
3. server is a bit underrated, i mean, there's enough players to join, but it's always like 10 now, i remember back when the server was always full.

not like we can just wave a wand and poof admins are on
technically telnet clan and senior are the moderator ranks
idk how we can get people on without spamming the living daylights out of servers like mineplex and hypixel

We don't pay the admins, so there is no way for us to force a commitment onto them. 2. We have a moderator, one is Cowgomooo, and the rest are seniors. 3. We don't accept donations and thus don't pay for advertising, we don't pay YouTubers and we don't spam advertise on other platforms. once i was on the server with no admins except one by console As I said above, we don't force commitments onto our admins. |

I think this is pretty ignorant too, this year I've seen it get max players regularly. |

Admins are busy. We have things to do in life like school, work, activities, etc. We are on daily, but since most of us have different time zones we can't always get one admin on right after the other. Being an admin doesn't mean you devote your entire life to Minecraft and the server. We try to get admins on all the time. I've even seen some occasions when there are more admins than OPs on the server. But, like I said before, we can't be on every second of every minute.

I agree with your point on how the server doesn't have many players (during specific times) and your concern of admins (I was that admin in console you're referring to actually).
I think we do need more staff from EU and AU timezones; unfortunately, most of our staff members are from North America, so they're at school/work during these times. At 9:50 AM EST (the time you posted this thread), unfortunately, we don't have many staff members on these times. The best thing you can do right now is to report grief and help out when admins do come; for example, I tentatively banned someone based on OP statements and made sure to confirm.
It's not necessarily the problem that admins have a life, etc., but rather we don't have enough admins from different timezones. I assume you live in Eastern Europe/Asia based on the time you're online (I may be wrong), and we don't have many staff members from these places.

Can't confirm, was an admin for a long time and never thought the community was intolerable. The community can actually be pretty good, at least if you stop feeling so superior to them, and start thinking about them as other human beings. |

There's no reason why reason 1 shouldn't be in affect already, we've got at least a hundred admins now...

There's no reason why reason 1 shouldn't be in affect already, we've got at least a hundred admins now... 90% of the admins that become admin go inactive after a month and just don't care anymore since they are admin: they can leave and come back and regain admin status in a heartbeat. |
