'Anti proxy got removed because of the captcha plugin'
But we need the anti-proxy back
Many people have been bypassing bans from using proxy/VPN and it's getting annoying.
You can still keep the Captcha plugin, just add the anti-proxy aswell

Listen, you clearly don't understand. We didn't use AntiProxy to block the ban evaders, we used it to block the spambots. We can care less about the pesky trolls, more for the spambots who don't allow the trolls from joining. Oh and AntiProxy doesn't work half the time, it either blocks you or it doesn't block the spambots. As it only goes by a list of known IPs, so we can't have them all.

AntiProxy is just not viable. When we had it, I have seen major complaints/reports that players are unable to join/use the server because the plugin kept accusing them of using proxies. It's just not reliable for the server.
At the same time, using VPNs or proxies are allowed as long as players aren't using it to commit griefing offenses.

AntiProxy lagged the server to hell every time a spambot attacked... do you really want that to keep happening?

As stupid as it may sound, AntiProxy wasn't used against proxies, as explained by Melon. The plugin was only meant to be activated when we were under attack.

I dont ever remember using a VPN to be an issue, I thought that came under the "If you use a new identity, nobody cares" section?
