The administrator in question has gone rogue or has been breached.
A player bypassing bans claimed to have access to adminchat and he did,

At first he looked like a regular troll until an admin banned him and he bypassed it with an alt that was Telnet.

After doing this I put the server in onlinemode, since the administrator didn't have a premium account.
After this, Devnithz joined the server and he had a matching IP with this administrator.

No.
4. Did you notify the admin that you removed them from and why?
Yes.
5. If you answered no to either 3 or 4, please explain. Except in extreme case such as the admin going rogue and trying to crash the server or if you were undercover, I would expect yes answers for both.
