I'm very new to Minecraft, not even a whole week yet. But I've noticed on this server that some things are "wiped" while others are not. How does this work? Is it done intentionally? If so, then why? And if not, then is there a way to prevent the server from wiping?
I feel like building anything is useless as it will all be wiped within the next few hours.

No, no, and no. The server is wiped all the time randomly and with no organisation at all.
You can save your builds as a schematic but someone will end up wiping it.
I usually wipe my TFM server monthly but TotalFreedom lets anyone with Telnet do it any time they please.

If the server is on a crashing spree, Telnet Clan/Senior Admins may wipe the map to resolve the issue. This can happen anywhere between every few hours to several days/weeks. You can save your builds worth worldwdit. Here is a video made by @willgamer: youtu.be/mpPMBuVfNEE |
