Taking time in my administration is primary to one of my leadership skills. I've always been a leader my whole life, which has helped me accomplish challenging accomplishments, such as earning trust or respect. Senior Admin requires leadership skills, and I believe that having a promotion earlier than 30 days is necessary because I have the skills to accomplish It.
Maturity is one of the skills I am good at, and is also a crucial subject that takes part in leadership. For example, I do not stress easily which makes it hard to look immature. Let me take a step back.. being mature is about and talking acting appropriately, and responsibly. As a scenario, consider that I am being called out as very unnecessary things (I mean, I believe it is) in-game, such as: "GO F*CK OFF," "YOUR SO BAD," or "YOUR MOM NEVER LIKED YOU." The way that I would respond to this situation would be to just ignore them, as it's common sense (if you know what I mean).
Another criteria that I meet is Responsibility. The definition of responsibility is "the state or fact of having a duty to deal with something or of having control over someone." I meet the definition of this for several different reasons. First of all, I keep my priorities high for Total Freedom, and I try my best to be as active as I can. Second of all, I barely take any breaks in-game (unless necessary), and instead do more administrating than talking.
I can be accepted as a role model. I have the fundamentals of teaching a large group of admins how to administrate (as an instance). While administration is not that hard for me, I pull it off very professionally. The only way I can REALLY prove this is for you to see my fundamentals in-game, but I do meet the criteria in this case.
The last criteria I meet is professionalism. Professionalism is the act of being professional, which can be express in different ways. The ways I express it is by handling situations proficiently and diligently. My ban reasons are very detailed, and this helps other players know which rules they have broke, and how they can stop from acting the way they did the last time.
To top it off, using the permissions of, say Telnet and ClanForge seem easily mastered by myself. It's very easy to use these tools and I started to become very fast at relations that are quality.
