Hello everyone.
I have been away from totalfreedom and minecraft for a couple of days now, and i want to talk about it.. The first person i told this and the first to know about this was Geek
So, basically i sent mojang a request to change my email in my MAIN account. Mojang replied to me and they did change it.
However they logged in my account to do it, and they needed to change the password and the secret questions so they did.
Once the email was changed, i got notified with the password. BUT, the password wouldn't work, and i couldn't change it through my email because the only method was by replacing the secret questions and they changed that aswell. In conclusion, i "lost" my main account but i got my backup account.
With that said my new name is:

Did you fill out a valid email address, if you did, i think you could reset the security questions and the password with it?

I have had the same issue before and freaked because I thought my account was hacked (I changed my password like 5 times) However after a couple hours I was able to login with my latest password change. How long ago did you change your email/pass? I dont actually need the account, i'd like to have it back, but i cannot. Its been long and i'd need to make another ticket to get the account back because i dont have its details. |
