Did you attempt to correct the admin before suspending him/her? I did not feel that it would actually make any difference due to the nature of this incident, however once posted I will be contacting the admin in private to discuss this unacceptable behaviour. 4. Did you notify the admin that you removed them from and why? Yes, this will be a part of the PM I will be sending as soon as this is posted. 5. If you answered no to either 3 or 4, please explain. Except in extreme case such as the admin going rogue and trying to crash the server or if you were undercover, I would expect yes answers for both. This is happening after the fact, and as stated above these actions are wholly unacceptable and I was in no position to handle anything on the server its self. |

I dont think he/she is clan material. Simple as that really. If you havent grasped by this stage that telling someone to kill themselves is unacceptable in life, then you probably never will. |

7. Other than the association itself, associated servers are not required to operate by the rules or policies of Total Freedom. Total Freedom members or admins who use associated servers may not request relief for any problem or issue on an associated server (e.g. being perm banned from an associated server) and associated server owner and admins may not request relief from Total Freedom for problems caused by members or admins of Total Freedom except as noted in rule 8. In principal though, problems on associated servers must not spill over to Total Freedom and vice-versa. For example, if a Total Freedom admin is removed from admin on an associated server for mis-conduct, it will have no effect on their Total Freedom admin status except under rare circumstances (see rule 8). 8. Associated Server Liaison. If there is critical problem between Total Freedom and an associated server, the sole point of contact for addressing the problem will be the Associated Server Liaison (currently WickedGamingUK) and not the owner of Total Freedom. The primary role of the liaison is to ensure that problems on associated servers do not spill over to Total Freedom but on rare occasions, there might be a situation where action will be taken. For example, if a Total Freedom admin is perm banned on an associated server and that admin bypasses perm ban using VPN/proxies to continually attack the associated server, the liaison may recommend that sanctions be taken against that admin on TF based on factual evidence. Conversely, the liaison may also recommend that association be ended if it's determined that the associated server is being seriously mis-managed and provoking/promoting mis-conduct or illegal activities. totalfreedom.boards.net/thread/11661/total-freedom-policy-associated-serversI have to say that I don't think this fits that criteria. The idea of being punished here for an action taken elsewhere is something I've never gotten, but it's up to Wicked to make the final decision.
