I don't know how this works...

a PaS allows an eligible admin to select an applicant and appoint them to admin status (A vote is taken if its a TPaS, else its direct). No you cant make a separate thread requesting to be picked. On your application, if an admin wants to pick you, they will make a request in the admin lounge. Voting will take place (assuming its a TPaS) and a final decision will be made. This system is only for helping certain applicants who don't meet the requirements but there's been recent misuse of it.
