If you have 3+ recommendations, I believe you get to bypass the forum griefer requirement- Although it's personally not recommended by me, You may do it.
Also, you might want to note general discussion or support would be appropriate for this post- Spam and drama is just for spammy posts that you believe shouldn't be counted as a post (As it does not effect your post count)

I think if you have a senior recommendation, it bypasses the griefer report requirement

You should complete valid forum griefer reports. It makes you look more reliable and dedicated rather than along for the ride, or taking the easy way out. However yes, it is possible to get staff without them, although it is not recommended. Its up to you though!  |

Griefer Reports are not an actual requirement-- it just increases your chance for admin.
