I want to apologize for any rumours I may have caused by telling people when I was planning to apply. I did not have the intention to cause high expectations or to make a big event out of it.
1. Your Minecraft name. (also include any old IGNs and forum names that you used as an admin)
StevenNL2000.
2. Do you have Twitter or Skype? (Yes or No). Although not required, Twitter or Skype will make it easier to communicate with the owner in time sensitive situations. You need not list your handles here.
Yes, I have a Skype account. Please PM me if you want it.
3. What date were you appointed to Telnet-Clan admin status? For example 10 Jun 2015. Also, state how many times you were removed from admin status due to conduct violations and when/why (do not include instances of removal for inactivity).
16 December 2015. I was never removed for breaking the conduct policy.
4. Unlike Telnet, a Senior Admin is a primarily a leadership position and you must be able to lead other admins in a mature manner and be a responsible representative of Total Freedom. Provide a short paragraph of your accomplishments and why you think you'd made a good senior admin.
Whether something is a real accomplishment, or simply something you do, is very personal. However, I think I have accomplished a position on this server. Not as a Telnet Clan, or maybe even as a staff member in general, but as a person who is valued by the community. Even though that is an opinion that might not be shared by others, I will continue trying to prove that my presence in this community is of some value. If a factual example is required, I helped fix a major problem with the logviewer that lasted for almost a week.
As for being a good Senior Admin: I believe that I have the required maturity for the rank, and that I am able to properly represent this server, as well as fulfilling a leadership role when necessary. I am not and will never be perfect, but I think I am ready.
5. How often will you be able to perform senior administrative duties (including the server & forum)? State either daily, several times a week, once or twice a week, or less than once a week.
Daily. I might not be able to administrate on the server on very busy days, but I always try to keep up with the forums.
6. Names of senior admins that have recommended you. You must have at least one senior recommend you. If you apply without a recommendation and no senior vouches, your application will be disapproved.
_Windows, Kash, @bigdaddyk, @adamv93306, Varuct, JagWire, @farahisawesome, ?? MrPerson660 ??, Obi, Lemon, Hockey, ?Robin, _flippy, and aggelosQQ.
7. Did you pick any super admin under the Telnet Pick A Super (TPAS) program? If so, who?
No. I have however had two picks in mind, but I never got the chance to TPaS either. MCSkittleGuy was a very active OP when I was trying to become an admin who seemed very familiar with the policies. He however never showed any intent to become an admin. The other one, Xtremewolves, did, but I was still a Super Admin at that time. By the time I achieved the Telnet rank, he was no longer active on the server.
