I'd like to give you other admins point of view and experience with buildcarter8.
We all agree that:
1. He's a constant annoyance and distraction to other admins
2. He always takes his anger out on the server, ie: the thread mark posted
3. He barely does his job as admin, but if he does he does it in a bad way
4. He is suspended at least once every 2 months
5. He always overreacts in situations
I think he may need a permanent suspension for all these.
