Yes.

4. Did you notify the admin that you removed them from and why?
I have.

5. If you answered no to either 3 or 4, please explain. Except in extreme case such as the admin going rogue and trying to crash the server or if you were undercover, I have said yes to 3 and 4.

Causing drama, again. I think this admin should be suspended for a short amount of time.

The admin may be an annoyance, but that doesn't (imo) serve as a valid reason to suspend someone for three days. You should work with the admin, not turn to a suspension immediately.
