Shadow took it too far. In this thread, he has shown straight out disrespect to me and Gwas10. It started off as a little issue, but he blew it up to be a big thing. Even his first posts were very disrespectful. Joking about drugs can be very serious and offensive. Please do not re-super until the 21st. |

You aren't supposed to suspend telnet clans without notifying mark. While he can be rude, I haven't seen attempts to correct the problem, so I oppose this suspension. |

In my opinion, you saying you're superior as a way to win an argument is immature.
If you actually desupered him because of this, that just screams power hungry.

If something in that thread warranted a suspension, I must not be seeing it at all. I can't deny that he can be a bit rude at times, but that is basically a suspension for nothing, unless something happened that I don't know about. For now, that should warrant a simple warning.

He then wouldn't stop being rude on the server, too. Going straight to a suspension isn't the way to handle the sotuation imo. It is couertesy to post a message in the senior lounge to get seniors/mark to make warnings. Then we take action. To me, this seems like more of a personal issue, even though he was the instigator. I see it like a super admin banning an operator for swearing. |

Should have been a warning first and unless the comments were deleted, which I think they were, there's literally nothing "disrespectful" on the thread.

Respect is a two way street and unless you want to be disrespected, never demand respect or call attention to your rank to get it. Respect has to be continually earned no matter how high in the food chain you get. As the senior person, you should have PM'd him if you felt his response to gwas was out of line; instead it became a public flame war and it was removed.
