1) Just now. 2) Using mail sendall after a warning I gave out in July, and keep in mind they were admin at this time. 3) I believe my warning was enough. 4) Not yet. I disagree with this. The max suspension time should only be for an hour.

I disagree with this. The max suspension time should only be for an hour. From what I was told, I was supposed to post any suspensions I do here. If this is only for long-term suspensions, my bad. I don't have any intent to suspend them for much longer than that. |

I don't have any intent to suspend them for much longer than that. I believe you only post suspensions if they actually count (like 12-24 hours). I could be wrong. |
