I then removed him from admin and tempbanned him for 5 minutes telling him to calm down and come back. He then said: (See q.4.)

3. Did you attempt to correct the admin before suspending him/her?

I told them to stop posting sexual remarks over/say or in the chat. I also asked them if they used /mail sendall and they swore blind they did not. Other admins had evidence that a message got send to them
4. Did you notify the admin that you removed them from and why?

Yes. He also has said this:

5. If you answered no to either 3 or 4, please explain. Except in extreme case such as the admin going rogue and trying to crash the server or if you were undercover, I would expect yes answers for both.

that's a lot of buffoonery and he turned into a crisis. I've removed all his perms and PM'd him for explanation.

DO keep in mind you can't just remove a Telnet Clan without immediately telling me - he could have well decided to go rogue with clanforge. If you need to remove a Telnet Clan, tell me right away.

The chat was correct my friend was over and we were fucking around, but the mail sendall shit wasn't me. He doesn't understand that an impostor can use commands if there opped. I didn't do /mail sendall i didn't know the command was unblocked until i actually saw the post after it was allegedly, "Unblocked". The things i say is true i have no intention on quiting or leaving TotalFreedom i just need to learn to control my anger better. I'm very sorry that this has happened and i take full responsibility for everything besides /mail sendall

The friend thing is the oldest excuse in the book. However innocent until proven guilty and we will never find out if this was actually him or his friend so I guess he's innocent for now until he screws up again. However this doesn't excuse the stupidity of him letting a friend come on the server with his account without supervision.
