Alright listen. Due to what the others are saying, I'm going to take back my recommendation, and I apologize for that. BUT, I still think you deserve a chance, and this is my opinion. Good luck

I object. Immature and way too early. Your only rec is a Probationary Senior Admin who has rec'd all of the other senior admin applications this term so he doesn't have much levy (Sorry, Matty) Also as a hobbyist writer, your "paragraph" was terrible. Please work on extending it and making it better. Also you can't remove broken plugins as senior, that confirms your lack of knowledge about senior admin which only makes me want to object more.

Sorry but I'm objecting here aswell. I don't think you are ready for senior admin yet, you're not that mature (Not trying to offense you) Try learning more about what a SrA can do as it obviously cannot disable plugins. #Nohate

Object, I don't believe we should allow the precedented of having a probationary administrator have the ability to recommend. I am also fairly concerned you haven't used your TPaS, as seniors have SPaS monthly*(1) and you wouldn't be used to this policy.
*(1) Since I last checked, new policies have been applied since.

Concerned about not using tpas? Really? And for the record, seniors CAN disable plugins, I think that's what he meant.

When a user becomes senior administrator he/she now has the ability to pick other administrator and place them directly into a position of power. How do we know he's able to handle such manners properly, and not, I don't know, pick his buddies? This is my subject on concern, however, I am more worried regarding setting a precedent with allowing probationary staff to recommend and be counted as equal to a seasoned senior administrator. I must say, And for the record, seniors CAN disable plugins, I think that's what he meant. That doesn't even indirectly relate to my reason of objection.. You wish to explain why you included that, not required, but, it'd be helpful.

And about disabling plugins, Inwas talking to mrperrson, just didn't quote him. Even if sras can spas at their discretion, they may be suspended if that power is abused, making that statement useless.
