Wild1145 I tracked down the issue: I used a plugin called IPChange on my server to detect the host name that Forge 1.8 sends, since TF isnt printing it to the log. Here it is. It is appending FML ChargedCreeper connected to your server through mc.cpulive.comFML:25565 I was sure that Prozza fixed that with the commit (See my earlier post for link) with replacing FML with blank... Why thats not working I am unsure... |

Why thats not working I am unsure... Replace "" with null and it works. I just tried that locally. Dug a bit deeper and FML injects null characters too. Full string to be removed is this: \u0000FML\u0000 github.com/TotalFreedom/TotalFreedomMod/pull/687My change would also allow domains containing fml to still work with the IP force feature. |

In all maturity, I'm going to say that TFM is not capable of Forge. It will be soon. I successfully joined a LAN TFM with force IP enabled and using Forge 1.8. I had to tweak the host name check for it to work, but I did get it working. |
