Ok I've dealt with malware before but I've scanned my computer like 3 times and I've uninstalled all this malware which somehow got onto my computer. I've checked my latest downloads and I've checked in the C folder. I've reset my browser settings for chrome around 15 times and yet somehow this malware called health alert is still on it. Please help me...

If not already get super anti spywer at www.filehippo.com and get AVG from www.filehippo.com run both at a full scan atleast 3 times and run it daily it might not work straight away but if you run it daily it should be gone by the end of the week. (I've had one that worked for me)

The best thing and to be honest the only thing you should do when you get a virus is re-install the OS. And if you think that's too much work then too bad, it isn't that much work (re-installing two OSs like I'm doing today is a fair amount of work to be fair).

Reinstall the OS like wicked said and delete those malware scanners, they most likely have malware in it.

If you downloaded it from untrusted website such as cnet or any website that everyone can upload whatever they want then yes but if you downloaded it from a trusted website sure as malwarebytes than you're fine.
