1. 10:55 AM (approx) pacific time. 2. Not ready for admin, doesn't know the rules properly after his long afk break. First 30 minutes i come on, he pardons a griefer because his friend told him to, then bans 3 innocents while spamming /glist ban (player). Then i come on later the same day, he was accused of griefing by enderblaze and was banned by accident, ender did not know he was an admin. Slauenbach came back, smited him and told him to stfu, knowing he was an admin and knowing it was a mistake. He does not tp to people before banning them either. witnesses: smg515, enderblaze2 3. He was told to tp before banning and was warned after banning an innocent, but did it again twice. who knows how many more times he's done it while i was gone. 4. He was notified. He is aware that he is no longer superadmin.
I believe he needs tons of training before becoming a superadmin, but he is not ready yet. I cannot tolerate the way he acted towards another superadmin which was mislead. That superadmin was positive that slauen was griefing as well. All of these events happened in one day, I can't imagine what would've happened tomorrow and the following days he comes online.

So enderblaze accused Slau of griefing and banned him; doesn't enderblaze know how to determine who is admin and who isn't? Please advise enderblaze that he's on thin ice, and teach him how to determine which members are admins. But as far as Slau goes, he sent me the following tweet to bury, err explain himself: "that is true because there was this big griefer using nuker and i smited different people to find out if they did it and then i unbaned them again it was just because that there was a big griefer" I told Slau that he's suspended from admin until he can be re-trained assuming that's possible. Wilee, see if some admin is willing to help him get in shape although another possibility is to assign him non-security duties to assist noobs. I did something similar with cubeman and disallowed him from banning people. I'm not even sure Slau could do that but I'm willing to entertain the thought - he's a long time member.

I'm aware he's a long time member but I have to agree - superadmin isnt the job for him. Based on what i've seen just today, there's more than enough reasons to make me say that. Cubeman was an intelligent, dedicated admin. Not sure if slauen could fill his seat in but I guess its worth a try. Or maybe another super would be willing to educate him such as zevante or smg. they're experts on that.

Cubeman was dedicated to banning everybody for the smallest thing but he was good otherwise. But this gives me an idea though and I'll post a separate message on it.
