How old is it, warrenty still good? I got it the Christmas of 2013, and it has a 2 year warranty, so it's good. I have an uncle who's a tech whiz. We can see if he can do anything before that. oft: hes gonna put a magic spell on your PC ont: if he cant fix it, buy some cheap PC till you can get a good one

Try updating your drivers, and updating your firmware if a firmware update is available.

I had an Asus for a long time and that happened after a couple years of use. Contact their support, although they'll probably say "there's nothing we can do" and tell you to get a new one. That's what they did for me! They can probably fix it, they just want your money. That's how all big corporations work. They try to steal your money even though they make big bucks every day selling their products at high prices.

Step 1) Place toothpick underneath toenail. Step 2) Kick Wall Step 3) Reset laptop Step 4) Everything should be in working order, but contact the local hospital because you're fucked. I did it But..... broke my toenail...

Just put Linux on it.
Whenever I had computer problems, I just installed Ubuntu and they went away.
