I have a Asus T100 with windows 8.1. Whenever i shut it down, it's fine. Whenever I turn it on, though, it shuts off again, so I have to wait a while, in which then it turns on if i do it again. Any suggestions?

Any chance of uploading a video demonstrating the problem?

I highly doubt your PC is passively cooled. It's got a really, really tiny processor, so it really doesn't need one. Attachment Deleted

Lol kinda like my laptop, it will randomly turn on in the middle of the night and then I have to just open it, wait 10 seconds and close it for it to turn off, then turn it back on to use it.
