Administrator Kieran3810 has been temporarily suspended by me due to: Misconduct, disrespect, and being plain ignorant.
When I tried to talk to this user on the server, I wanted to warn him that i've been watching what he's been doing on the server, and that he needs to do his job instead of slack off and build. When I approached him about it, he made remarks that sounded like he didn't want to commit to his job, so I set up adminmode to talk to him, and he ignores everything I say to him.
Suspension Duration: 1 Week
If this administrator shows any sign of disrespect after the 1 week suspension, I want him apprehended from our server's staff list permanently.

Agreed and verified,
Insubordination, ignorance, and utter failure towards respect of TotalFreedom's core ideals were involved. I question, shall it be possible to extend these dates? I am one for peace, but I am not one for subordinates. We shall not condone this behavior, we shall not remotely allow this. No respect towards TotalFreedom's system {of moderation}, nor TotalFreedom's server.

Any evidence or stuff? You know does help if you want someone gone from the server entirely. I mean Cow counts, but we may need more witnisses to make sure we don't have a Ferguson going on here.

All that the proof shows it Zevante being rude and banning Kieran. Thanks for the logs but I need more proof in order to Vouch.

The proof doesn't exactly show what Kieran did to result in what the proof actually shows...I do, however, think that Kieran isn't that great of an admin, and I'm not surprised to see this happen.

I rather doubt that Kieran was fully innocent in the matter and I've expressed as much to him via PM. By the way, let's try to address these type of problems via PM (or highest level admin forum section) as much as possible and avoid admin drama. |
