Hi, this is going to be thread solely based on the title. I thought I'd make that abundantly clear beforehand.
I feel as if there is no reasoning to keep adding/promoting admins and managing applications/resinstatements while we are in the middle of restructuring just about everything to do with that specific category. I propose a freeze on all rank adaptations until the ranks are restructured properly.
We have 55 admins on our list, we don't need more to keep the server in good health while we fix some stuff up. To say this would hurt TF or not benefit TF is just false.

Speaking from a place of bias as I've recently applied to be reinstated, I think it would make sense to freeze all rank adaptations from point-of-proposal onward.

Object. "Too many Admins" is not an issue. You're misinteperting my reasoning and basis behind why we should freeze them. Adding more admins to a system thats being completely redevised is going to make it more difficult to manage. |

Well if in the case that the approval by the EAO is invalid, then why is it listed as a to-do issue and globally represented as accepted? |

Then we go back to the discussion we've had before and every time we have it, it's "No we want to be a community driven server and as democratic as we can". Again, you can't pick and choose when to blame the community for wanting something that's not great when half the time you force things through without even communicating that with the server... |
