Myself and Kae have decided to make a Trello to see how it goes. Obviously it's an experiment and we might discontinue it but it seems to be working fine right now. This allows for further transparency as to what we do and what we're planning on doing. Link: trello.com/b/E5mU9ayc/tf-eao-agenda

I recommend you date each event. I can't see any dates on them.
If you need help with Trello let me know, I've set up stuff with it's API. I'm sure you can work it out yourself though.

I recommend you date each event. I can't see any dates on them. Each action is dated using the activity feed. There's no reason to manually date events.

I recommend you date each event. I can't see any dates on them. Each action is dated using the activity feed. There's no reason to manually date events. It doesn't work properly though. In 5 days it will say 'edited 5 days ago', whereas if it has a set date like '10/08/2020' (dd/mm/yy) then it's easier to use or copy the data for other uses. It will work better in the long term. fionn I highly recommend you put the recorded date on each log. It will save you or any future EAO's time in the future. I've used Trello and this is from 3+ years experience with it.

Alright so you have two ways you could do it: You could label it with the date then easily search up a date. Let's just say 10/08/20. Oh wow, 5 admins reinstated! Now I have my data in less than 30 seconds. You could also just not label it, then in two or three months time search through logs constantly until you find the action completed. What if the card is edited after? It's going to show so many different dates then. However, the actual action date is unknown. If I log 5 reinstatements from yesterday, today, then it'll mean all the 5 were reinstated today.

Using the platform's advanced search operators can accomplish what you're proposing without the need to "date" each card.

Using the platform's advanced search operators can accomplish what you're proposing without the need to "date" each card. I think you've misunderstood me. You're saying we can find the date the cards are created easily. However, I'm saying that the cards might be created after an action is taken. What I mean is, if an AO made a card saying 'xyz reinstated - 1/2/20' then it shows the date that they were reinstated. However, if the reinstatement card was added on the 5th of Feb 2020 and not 1st of Feb 2020, then the dates in the search would be the wrong data for spreadsheets to log exact dates of actions happening. Also, fionn said he'd do the dates if he remembers.

As a FYI, you can't actually do trello.com/c/dCs3VNgG - That's a breach of Proboards T&C's for one thing, and theft of intellectual property for another...
