I'm done of how the shit is going on here, I've decided to resign and continue as an operator in the future. I'm not able to handle all the shit that is going on right now, getting the feeling I'm doing everything wrong. And I don't want that, so I decided to leave my admin position.
I don't want to this to turn into a drama thing, but I'm just done with all the stuff here, may reinstate in a few months when everything (hopefully) is going well again.
