So, here is what I was up to... I was really wanting to apply for admin, so I read all i needed to know, then, this came along with what I read:
I didn't want anyone on my internet to randomly lose internet connection, so this is where I ask you admins... How Often Is DDOS Attacks?This is a legit question and I need answers so I can know If applying is possible. Thanks!

That sentence is not meant as an announcement that you will be DDoS'd, but rather as a disclaimer that it has happened in the past and we prefer to inform you of that before you become an admin rather than after. As a staff member, the chance you will be targeted increases from extremely small to very small.

I only got DDoS'd once but that was like a few years ago so, the chances are slim.

The best way to prevent being attacked this way is to not click on links sent by ops. The last time I was DDoS'd, that is how an op got my IP to do it (and yes the op got permbanned for it). These attacks generally do not last very long though. You might be without internet for maybe 5 to 10 minutes.

1) if you're not a dick to players you should be fine 2) if you play on a vpn you should be fine barely any ddos threats any happen according to my knowledge
