Except that very same policy was reworked by the higher ups so that charters would no longer be able to regain their former Admin title, but would instead recieve the title of "Charter" as recognition for their service to TF. @creeperseth "recently" backpaddled on the new policies regarding activity and ranks, so I am unaware if charters now can regain their former Adminstrative title or still merely get a fancy title. If that is not the case, and the policy still stands that charters are not subject to regaining their former title, then why should you be treated as an exception, when you don't even come with a reason for having Admin?

Just because the higher ups are not enforcing their own policy properly does not mean you should be exempt from the policy as well. You were singled out because, in your case, it was -blatantly- apparent you did not need Admin. Tell me why you need Admin when you never Adminstrate on a -Minecraft- server? It's not my fault that @zegandhi , @creeperseth , Mibbzz ' (and so on, can't cite everyone) policies are not actually put into place. If you want your title back, you should either A) get an actual account and go on the server and adminstrate, or B) petition for the policy to be reverted.
You haven't given any actual reasoning behind you wanting Admin in your OP. If we follow the logic behind the policy changes: why should you be given a shiny Admin title, when even you yourself treated it as a volunteer job with no rewards? To quote Zekurt directly:

Side note: I am in the process of berating Admins who are hardly active on the server to either sit on their ass and adminstrate or to resign their position, and I will happily supply with images of such instances, in case you think I am one of the people "singling you out"

Except the "policies" you speak of don't agree with you. Re-read my entire post. The fact that it says there is no "activity requirement" does not mean that you get to regain Admin - it purely indicates that you always keep your honourary title of "charter", not Admin. So no, we shouldn't "automatically accept this" because you do not qualify for Admin anymore than a regular OP due to the policy rework.I agree with you, but what do you want Admins to do if the policy is implemented, but not enforced? Should we ignore the policy and exempt you as well. If anything you should get Seth to force his higher ups to enforce HIS policies, and not argue back and forth on your reinstatement thread why people are objecting to you regaining your title because we are following said policy changes.
