1. Your Minecraft name:
AwesomePinch
2. Are you using the same forum & Minecraft account that you used when you were an admin in the past? (Yes or No). If no, state all former account names and be prepared to verify that you're not an imposter.
Yes
Note: Reinstatements will not be approved until the executive security officers positively verify that the person applying for reinstatement is the same as the past admin - the burden of proof is on the person requesting reinstatement.
3. What rank were you (super, telnet, senior) and the approx dates you were an admin: (e.g. super admin from Jun 2010 - Jan 2013)
Super - Sep 2015 - Feb 2016
Telnet - Feb 2016 - April 2016
Telnet Clan - I received Telnet Clan in April of 2016, I quit a few times and the last time I had Telnet Clan was 2018, I believe.
4. Why were you removed from admin? (Answer each below)
c. I quit or resigned (Yes or No) If Yes, explain why you didn't follow the policy to simply go inactive rather than quit or resign.
d. I was removed or suspended for misconduct (Yes or No) If yes, explain why and detail your plan to ensure it won't happen again.
I'm going to be honest, I don't know if I quit or if I was indefinitely suspended, and if I was suspended, I don't remember what it was for, so I'll answer to both questions as they will still result in a normal vouch-object application. If I resigned, real-life was taken seriously as oppose to being on Minecraft, administrating TF all the time. I chose not to go inactive because at that point I just wanted to be done with Minecraft and wanted to focus more on other opportunities besides video games. If I was suspended, I was probably being immature and being unprofessional in senior admin's eyes. It has been a year since I have had my rank, and I believe I am capable of having my rank back, I know when to use commands and when not to - I am done making mistakes and I am done being a problem to other admins.
5. If you were removed just for long term inactivity (yes to 4a above and no to 4b thru 4e), please skip to Q 6 otherwise you must answer this question: What current activities have you performed to merit reinstatement?
b. Assisted new or existing players (explain how)
If a question was asked in-game and I was online, chances are 99.9% of the time I assisted and answered the question. If someone was griefing a build, I tried to communicate to admins to get the player sanctioned and the build rolled back. I've tried to assist new and/or existing players since my return.
6. If you are reinstated, how often will you be able to do admin duties?
Daily. I won't be on at every single moment, but I will at least try to administrate the server everyday.
7. Have you reviewed the server rules and banning protocols to ensure you're up to speed on any changes that might have occurred since your return from inactivity?
Yes, I reviewed the rules and the protocols and I've ensured I'm up to speed on any changes that have occurred since my return.
8. Do you have a family member that's been on the perm ban list within the past 60 days? If yes, your request will be denied with the exception of the allowance in rule 18 of totalfreedom.boards.net/thread/38666/admin-pre-application-checklist-nov
No, I'm the only one who will be on TotalFreedom.
